- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Safe transferring & lifting techniques – Helping residents move safely, including using mobility aids.
- Meal assistance & feeding – Helping residents with eating, following dietary guidelines.
- Infection control & hygiene – Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health protocols.
Healthcare & Safety Awareness
- Basic first aid & CPR knowledge – Recognizing and responding to emergencies.
